According to the emergency services, a Ukrainian military plane carrying 14 personnel crashed south of Kyiv on Thursday.
“We’re still figuring out how many people killed,” the service stated. The event occurred roughly 20 kilometers (12 miles) south of Kyiv, amid reports of attacks in numerous parts of the city.
