Tear-jerking scenes in last night’s Hospital special saw the healthcare worker express her gratitude towards all of those fighting Covid-19 on the frontline, before admitting that she’s ‘proud’ to work in her field.
‘My colleagues, I want you to understand that I am truly, truly grateful from the bottom of my hear,’ Nancy began.
‘I’ve worked for the NHS since 1970. I’ve worked every day of my life. Never taken a day off sick, so you can imagine how angry I am that this stupid illness got me.
