Former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Deputy Governor, Obadiah Mailafia has revealed that Boko Haram are in the South and everywhere in Nigeria. He also revealed that they plan to start a civil war in the country by 2022.
According to him, one of the current Northern Governors is the Commander of Boko Haram in Nigeria.
