The above video shows the inhumane treatment the average police college attendant goes through before being decorated as a full cadet officer.
How would anybody expect that a fella that goes through all this does not come out of college to exercise attained insanity on ordinary citizens?
And added to this is poor renumeration and other distasteful conditions of service.
