Timaya Inetimi, popularly known as Timaya, was arrested by police officers on Thursday morning after a hit-and-run charge was filed against him.
After making an inquiry into the claims leveled against him, police stormed his home and snatched him away.
Remember that Osinubi Omowumi, an Instagram user, said that the singer assaulted her sister and then fled the scene.
Omowumi claims that the musician struck her sister’s car and then beat her when he was challenged.
“These celebrities and how they conduct themselves.” This morning, Timaya came dangerously close to killing my sister. A few hours ago, he hit her with his car and ran towards Ikate.”
“He hit my sister’s car and she came down to ask him to look at what he did. This heartless human was asking for number and she told him he would block her. Instead of Timaya to do the needful, he hit my sister with his car and ran away.”
“She is at the hospital right now in serious pain and the funniest part is that I messaged him on Instagram to do the needful but the wicked fellow blocked me after reading my message.”
She also sent Timaya a screenshot of her message. She posted a video of her bleeding sister being treated in the hospital. Her head and leg were both wounded.
