The former Deputy President of the 8th Assembly of Nigeria Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, has on Wednesday withdrawn from the Enugu State governorship race.
The statement which was signed by Ikeoha Campaign Organisation, led by Hon Charles Asogwa States that Ekweremadu would not participate in today’s governorship primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party in Enugu State.
Ekweremadu, who is currently representing Enugu West Senatorial District at the Senate.
