Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, and the Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on Tuesday, have donated N75 million to victims of the terrorist attack on St Francis Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo State.
Sanwo-Olu made this known in a post on his verified Instagram page, @jidesanwoolu.
Sanwo-Olu said they decided to support the people who were affected by the attack with a sum of N25 million each, totalling N75 million during their condolence visit to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu in Akure over the unfortunate attack on worshippers at St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo.
Sanwo noted that the aftermath effect of the attack is felt in the whole of south west and not only by the people of Owo alone.
He also condemncondemned s the act calling it “a completely dehumanising incident” adding that it should not have happened.
