The Lagos State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board is set to train its Schedule Officers and the league of Ulamah (Clerics) towards a successful year 2021 Hajj exercise.
The Board Secretary, Mr. Rahman Ishola, in a statement released on Tuesday, said that the training programme will hold at the Shamsi Adisa Thomas (SAT) Mosque Hall, Old Secretariat, GRA, Ikeja, on Thursday, 18th March, 2021 at 10 am.
Mr. Ishola advised all the would-be participants to embrace the training session as an avenue to strengthen the cordial relationship and also be good Ambassadors to all the intending pilgrims in their respective Local Government Areas.
The Secretary further revealed that the State Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Olanrewaju Elegushi will be the Special Guest, while three erudite scholars have been invited to share their experiences on varied topics at the training.
