The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday night has confirmed 389 new cases of covid-19 in 22 states of the federation.
Since the virus outbreak in the country about 3 months ago, Kogi has recorded no case at all until yesterday.
In its tweet, NCDC announced 389 cases and 5 new deaths.
There are now 8733 cases; 2501 have been discharged and 254 deaths recorded.
Covid19 has affected over 5.7milliom people and killed 356,000 globally and almost 2.5million have recovered.
