The House of Representatives, on Monday, said it would invoked its powers to subpoena and arrest executives of Binance Company, over failure to appear in an investigation hearing by its Committee on Financial Crimes.
The Committee had invited them to appear in persons before it on Monday, following a petition that borders on the financing of terrorism, money laundering, tax evasion and other financial crimes.
However, at the resume hearing of the investigation on Monday, the Company only sent a legal representative, Senator Ihenyen.
