The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mai-Mala Buni, has inaugurated the elected executive members of the party in Gombe state.
The new executives are to help in restructuring the party to achieve the planned success of 2019.
The Gombe state chapter of the APC has remained without elected executive members for close to three years as the previous one was dissolved consequence to antiparty realised shortly after the 2015 general election.
The inauguration was greeted with lots of joy from party supporters to really restructure the party ahead of future elections.
With the inauguration of the new executive members, party stewards are optimistic that the party has been reposition for the challenges ahead.
The caretaker chairman of the party Idi-Barde Gubana commended the efforts of the National Secretariat of the party, members, and the state governor, Ibrahim Gaidam for their support towards the success of the election.
He assures that the party is well structured to face further elections.
