Apparently worried by the on-going and perturbing fuel scarcity in the country, the Federal government has met the major oil marketers in the country on the need to put end to the situation.
The meeting which came at a time Nigerians are still counting the costs of the fuel crisis that disrupted the plans of millions for the Yuletide, was held inside the Presidential Villa.
Our correspondent gathered that the meeting which lasted hours had series of imperative stakeholders in attendance.

The stakeholders include the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari; Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu; Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Maikanti Baru, the PENGASSAN Leadership, and the Director-General of Department of State Services, among others.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari has earlier assured Nigerians of his commitment to end the looming scarcity which has paralyzed various activities for about a month.
