Ezinne Kayode, the separated wife of Nigerian footballer Olanrewaju Kayode, currently based in Turkey, has publicly rebuked her husband for dragging their children into their ongoing marital conflicts. This response comes after a social media post by Olanrewaju went viral, where he claimed that DNA test results indicated he is not the biological father of their three sons.
According to a report by Punch, Olanrewaju’s allegations extended beyond the DNA test. He accused Ezinne of committing fraud, having an affair with Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, and misusing his two Mercedes SUVs to support the pastor’s lifestyle. Furthermore, he alleged that Ezinne had kidnapped their three sons.
In response, Ezinne challenged Olanrewaju to release the DNA test results publicly. She demanded he be transparent, insisting, “I urge you to provide the result of the DNA to the public and the hospital it was conducted, as we are willing to give you the DNA.”
Ezinne, a lawyer, has warned her estranged husband to stop his smear campaign against her. On her Instagram account, she stated that she has taken legal action against him for what she called his baseless and false accusations. She demanded that he retract these claims immediately.
In her Instagram post, she wrote, “Olanrewaju Ayobami Kayode my silence is enough DONT EVER drag my kids in your web of lies… You traumatized my kids by detaining us in DSS custody now DNA, What a great Father you are.”
Expressing her frustration further, Ezinne shared with Punch, “Honestly, I am so tired of this man’s nonsense, and it has to stop now. I knew he was not mentally stable when he pulled out a knife on me some months ago, but to go as far as ruining the lives of innocent kids is way too far. Kayode, I didn’t think you would go that low.”
