On Friday, the euro fell to a two-year low under $1.10, as the Ukraine crisis hampered the eurozone’s economic recovery from the pandemic.
The euro fell to $1.0992 in late morning trade, its lowest level since May 2020, as the dollar gained from its role as a safe-haven investment.
