Inclement weather on Monday hindered governors and other dignitaries from attending the conference organized in honour of Governor of Lagos State Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The Governors were said to have been delayed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja resorting to joining the event online.
