The situation as earlier reported in Ilorin, Kwara State, was that citizens thronged the Kwara Agro Mall to cart away food and other consumables while soldiers in military uniforms pleaded with them to carry-on with looting in an orderly and peaceful manner.
The Calabar version was that citizens proceeded to the Army headquarters with their loots in hand, met with their hosts and sang the national anthem while the hosts could do nothing than look on.
