Young Nigerian based wannabe scammers known as ‘yahoo boys’ were seen raining money at Golden Tulip Hotel, formerly Festac Hotel Lagos.
Many of them may be undergraduates or college dropouts whose distinct lifestyles of fast cars, wealth and ostentation is the envy of many of their age-mates.
In their desperation to join the ranks of scores of their compatriots who have been making millions of dollars out of online-scams, so many of them are now resorting to the use of traditional charms and mystical powers to charm potential victims into their scams.
Yahoo Boys are young men; usually aged between 22-29 years, who specialise in various types of cybercrime.
