Did you know that there exists now a union referred to as ‘Queen Riders Association of Nigeria’?
It is a newly formed Union of Females involved in tricycle transport service (popularly referred to as Keke NAPEP or MARWA) in the Lagos metropolis.
FirstNigeriaTV ran into the National President of the association, Mrs Bose Ogundare at her Ogba/Fagba Park and she spoke on a number of issues including the reasons more women are embracing the business, the female operators’ ordeal in the hands of the NURTW officials/touts; the attitude of male counterparts in the business and others.
