The Secretary General Nigeria-Niger joint commission for cooperation; Amb. Rabiu Akawu has said that, agreement between the two countries to build rail-line and construct a doc carbons pipeline that will convey crude oil from Niger republic to Nigeria is a great plus to the commission (NNJC).
He said this recently in a meeting held in Sokoto State.
