Leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force (NDPVF), Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo Asari, has lamented over the way leaders in Nigeria spend on projects when compared to the funds allocated to them.
He expressed great displeasure over this attitude and said that there was progress and a huge development in Dubai whenever he visited the country or passed by.
The Leader however said that the ruling parties leaders in Nigeria (APC and PDP) are spending less than the projects allocations, adding that, they are all the same and are all theives.
