Israel Mobolaji Temitayo Odunayo Oluwafemi Owolabi Adesanya, is a Nigerian-New Zealand professional mixed martial artist, kickboxer and former boxer with multiple championships in all three disciplines.
As a mixed martial artist, he is the current and two-time UFC Middleweight Champion.
It is in recognition of this great achievement that the New Zealanders celebrated his triumphant entry into the country with funfare.
