Daredevil criminals unworried about possibility of their arrest and arraignment, were spotted within the Lagos metropolis arresting commuters’ vehicles and collecting thousands of naira from them for purchase of waste disposal baskets which they claimed was mandated by the Lagos State Government.
The most incredible part of the scenario is the thought of the operational machinery they put in place that gives a victim no doubt about their genuineness, from their dresses to operations vehicle decorations, daylight exposure and the confidence with which they engaged their victims.
The Lagos State Government has since come out with a press statement disowning them and their activities.
