The Senate on Wednesday has commenced a seven-week annual recess.
This followed the adjournment of the plenary by Senate President Ahmad Lawan till September 20, 2022.
Senators of the minority caucus had walked out on the Senate President Ahmad Lawan, on Wednesday, when he allegedly refused to allow the Minority Leader, Senator Philip Aduda, lead the motion for the impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari.
