An unidentified person was on Tuesday shot dead by the Nigeria Police Force while attempting to stop Nigerians who took to the streets to protest xenophobic attacks against their fellow citizens [Nigerians] in South Africa.
The incident reportedly happened at Shoprite, Osapa London area of Lekki Lagos.
This comes after reports on violence against Nigerians living in South Africa went viral.
