The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Executive Director; Dr. Cairo Onougboh, Projects has explained how funds have been spent so far on projects.
He stated that Speaker, House of Representatives and House of Assembly, are not aware what the chairman and Members of the Committees are doing in the National Assembly. He said its a one man squad only.
