Following the inception of its mandate, the Kwara state Governorship election Petition Tribunal has ruled that the All Progressives Congress and the governor-elect AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq be served their petitions through substituted means.
The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and the Action Alliance filed petitions against the victory of the APC governorship candidate, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in the March 16th governorship election.
The tribunal made the pronouncement at its inaugural sitting is in Ilorin, Kwara state capital, on Thursday.
