The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced practical demonstration of how the electorates will use the BVAS machine during the forthcoming general election.
According to the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, the use of the machine will put an end to identity theft during the elections.
