The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has disclosed on Wednesday that it closed the case against a couple, Oladeji and Omotayo Henry, the owner of Built Global Concepts who are currently facing trial on an alleged N555.820,000 million fraud.
The couple appeared before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.
Justice Dada however, postponed the hearing to June 28 and 29, 2022, for the suspects to prepare their defense.
