The Federal government on Thursday, said the newly signed tax laws will take effect from 1st January, 2026.
Zacch Adedeji, the special adviser to the President on Revenue and Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service NRS disclosed this while briefing State House Journalists at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Adedeji noted that this is to allow for the necessary documentations and adjustments needed to effect the changes.
