A budding music artist set to transform the gospel music landscape of not just the nation but the world, made her debut into the world of music quietly in December 2020. Her name is Tolutope Olubanke Temitopeoluwa, stage named ‘Flourish’.
Flourish is a singer, songwriter and recording artist who strongly believes that “a man can receive nothing except it is given to him from heaven” (John 3:27) and gives God alone all the glory for inspiring the songs in her.
Flourish’s maiden album ‘Meditate’ which was released on 15th of December 2020 under the label of Ensembles Gold Records, and produced by Victor Adenola, the multi talented instrumentalist and business mind behind Ensembles Gold Records, hit the airwaves with a storm.
It was launched through her secure Flourish website, www.flourishunlimited.org/music (https://www.flourishunlimited.org/) and Reverbnation artist page, https://www.reverbnation.com/flourish35. All the tracks in the album are available for free download to the world on both sites.
Just as the world was taking in the refreshing messages entrenched in all her music, Flourish again released another album, this time an eight- tracker, ‘Honour’, also available free on both sites and produced by Victor Adenola of Ensembles Gold records. This album was released on the 28th of March 2021. Both albums are scoring impressive hits and downloads.
Flourish is a Minister of the Gospel in The Redeemed Christian Church of God and is married to the love of her life, Pastor Temitope Temitopeoluwa.
On why she chose the name ‘Flourish’ as her stage name, Tolutope Olubanke Temitopeoluwa explained that the name came about on a day her husband studied the Bible. The Lord told him to look at a particular verse (Ezekiel 17:24) over and over again and went further to explain that her husband was to call her ‘Flourish’ from then on, because He had decided to do wondrous things in her life.
She adds that she feels privileged of God to write songs, sing them, and share them with the world. She points out that her music speaks to things that matter most in the lives of people and will bless, heal, deliver and divinely enlighten listeners. She also revealed that her number one desire in releasing her music is to inspire people to go higher on their spiritual journey as they listen.
