A woman was caught this morning as she was producing Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) materials in a business centre at Baruwa, Lagos.
According to her those materials are meant to be used in the South East for the ongoing elections.
When pressed further to disclose how she got the contract, she confessed that it was a senator that facilitated the production and the business centre has handled similar jobs for him in the past.
