Speaking on a Television Programme, Open Confession, the governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai said that bad people dominate Nigeria Politics at present because the good ones refused to participate.
He also revealed that those that found themselves in positions they do not merit tend to do anything possible to remain in office and will never see anything wrong in what the leaders are doing.
