The gubernatorial candidate of Labour Party in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has vowed not to congratulate Babajide Sanwo-Olu if declared winner at the ongoing governorship election.
In an interview with Arise TV Rhodes-Vivour had earlier condemned Lagos election, tagging it as “sham” on account of alleged electoral malpractices and disenfranchisement.
He decried attacks and harassment of electorates across several polling units, stressing that he had made several payments for the treatment of injured victims of political thugs.
