Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka has said that anybody who is attempting to humiliate the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will have him to contend with.
The Nigerian Playwright stated that when it mattered most, Tinubu gave up his own goal by listening to the voice of the crowd.
He continued: “Because Tinubu allied himself with the people to give them back control of the government, we are now able to enjoy the ferocious criticism and critic. Although Tinubu had the choice to join the PDP elites and keep us captive for another ten years, he sacrificed everything he had to the common people in order to overthrow the elites”.
Soyinka admitted that Tinubu owns Lagos and if anyone tries to bring down Asiwaju Tinubu, then his mission will not only crash but also boomerang.
In his words, “Anybody, any cabal, any Viju milk activist, attempting to humiliate Asiwaju must have me to contend with”.
