A devastating sword attack in east London on Tuesday has left a community in mourning after a 14-year-old boy, Daniel Anjorin, lost his life. The attack also injured two police officers and two other people.
The Metropolitan Police have arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of murder. According to reports, the suspect rammed his van into a property, causing a collision that injured a 33-year-old man. He then physically assaulted another victim, causing a neck wound, and attacked a 35-year-old man, causing lacerations to his arm.
Tragically, the suspect then attacked Daniel Anjorin, who succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
